    What is art therapy, and do I need to be “good at art”?

    Not at all. Art therapy is not about creating something beautiful — it’s about expressing what words often can’t. You don’t need any artistic skill. It’s a gentle, creative process that helps access your inner experience in a safe and supportive way.

    I work with individuals and couples who are emotionally aware and seeking clarity, connection, or healing. I offer support in person (Melbourne) and online.

    How long is each session and what is the cost?

    Sessions are typically 60 minutes.

    My current fee is starting from $130 for the individual sessions.

    How many sessions will I need?

    That depends on your situation and goals. Some clients come for short-term support (3–6 sessions), others stay longer for deeper exploration. We will regularly review your journey together and adjust as needed.

    Do you offer online sessions?

    Yes – I offer online sessions for clients who prefer or require remote support. All you need is a quiet space, basic art materials, and a stable internet connection.

    What if I don’t know where to start?

    That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have the answers – just the willingness to explore. I’ll gently guide you, and we’ll go at your pace.
