Welcome to Choice & Flow Therapy

My name is Iva Pfeiffer, and I created this practice as a gentle, creative space for navigating the powerful currents of love, healing, and transition.

Life’s most significant moments often happen in our relationships—in the joyful beginnings, the challenging middles, and the often painful endings. Whether you are building the foundations of a new partnership, feeling lost or hurt within a current one, or seeking to consciously and kindly separate, you don’t have to walk that path alone.

Our Philosophy: Where Words End, Art Begins

Sometimes, the emotions we carry are too heavy, too complex, or too deep for words alone. This is where the heart of my practice lies. I believe that creativity is a powerful bridge to understanding, especially in times of grief, relational pain, or confusion.

Through the gentle, non-judgmental process of art therapy, we can bypass the noise of the mind and listen to the wisdom of the heart. Creating art gives form to feelings, making them visible and tangible. This process allows for profound insights and a sense of release, helping you reconnect with your own inner guidance. At Choice & Flow, art isn’t about being an artist; it’s about giving yourself permission to express, explore, and heal.
